The best honeymoon destination is the one that you and your new spouse thoroughly enjoy together. That doesn't sound like much of an answer but the fact of the matter is that everyone will have a different answer for the best honeymoon destination. Therefore, any answer you or anyone else comes up with is purely subjective and greatly influences by your likes and dislikes. To choose the best honeymoon destination, you and your significant other should sit down together and decide where you both have always want to travel. Once you both have compiled a list of your dream destinations, reality sets in with creating your budget for your honeymoon. Will your dreams and reality clash when choosing the best honeymoon destination for you and your intended?
Perhaps the best bang for your buck these days is a cruise, especially if you live near a port of call and can bypass the cost of airfare that it takes to get there. Wherever the cruise goes is your best honeymoon destination and with the different ports along the way, you can see quite a few of them. Cruises can be anywhere from a few hours to several days to even several weeks. The great thing about a cruise is that you only have to unpack once and practically everything from accommodations, food and activities is all included in one price. Plus, based on your budget, you can choose from a variety of destinations such as Mexico, Alaska, Jamaica, Tahiti, Hawaii and even farther places like the Greek Islands.
Sometimes the best honeymoon destination is close to home, within just a few hours by car or plane. The United States boasts quite a few places that are popular with honeymooners such as Las Vegas, Niagara Falls, various Hawaiian destinations, Orlando and even Aspen. You can even find all-inclusive hotels and resorts in these places as well as points close to home. Snow skiing, white water rafting, going to Disneyworld or doing a bit of gambling could be in your future, depending on the best honeymoon destination based on your interests and budget. You see, that is the beauty of it all ... there is no right or wrong answers when choosing the best honeymoon destination. Compromise is the best solution for choosing the best honeymoon destination, especially when who knows when you both might emerge from your rooms for a bit of a honeymoon breather! The bottom line is to have fun and enjoy the fact that you are with your new spouse and starting a new life together as one cohesive unit.

Sightseeing in Bucharest
By Diana Chirita
Bucharest has a number of exquisite art galleries, museums, cathedrals and cultural and architectural sights connected to its history and development, where visitors can understand the beauty and value of the city. Centrul civic, Piaţa Revoluţiei (Revolution Square) and Piaţa Universităţii (University Square) are connected to the events of the 1989 revolution. Other buildings go back to the period when Bucharest was called “Little Paris” and others to older time periods, going deep into the tradition and history of Romania. Sights, such as the Opera and various museums and galleries are connected to the cultural life of Bucharest.
Recommended sights:
• The Village Museum – located on the bench of the Herestrău Lake, in open air. The museum was founded in 1936 by the Sociology School of Romania, created and leaded by professor Dimitrie Gusti, well known Romanian sociologist. The Village Museum is one of the biggest and oldest museums in the whole of Europe. The visitor can see original monuments (over 300) such as houses, churches, water and windmills, in original sizes, of great historical and artistic value.
• National Art Museum – the museum is in fact the ex-Royal Palace (of Carol the 1st). The Palace owns its design to Carol the 2nd who transformed it into a great monument that hosts at present the art galleries of the National Art Museum. The collections in the exposition areas of the palace are divided into: Medieval Art (over 9500 art pieces), Romanian Modern Art (8136 paintings and 1810 sculptures), Drawings and Engravings Hall, European Art (over 2450 art pieces, paintings and sculptures), Applied Art, Oriental Art (approx. 2600 art pieces)
• Cotroceni National Museum - Cotroceni Palace is part of the Cotroceni National Museum, which presents the medieval and modern history of the Palace and of its evolution and transformations in time. Cotroceni Palace was built to be the residence of the heirs of the Romanian Kingdom, Ferdinand and Maria. In this palace crucial political events had taken place for Romania. After 1977, the palace was used by the communist dictator Nicolae Ceauşescu as a guest house. Starting with 1991 the building became the official residence of the President of Romania. The Cotroceni Palace, Cotroceni Church and Cotroceni Monastery reflect three centuries of history that interweave political, military, diplomatic, religious and cultural aspects with the general evolution of the Romanian society.
• The Opera – Although the lyric occurrences in Romania are dated even from the beginning of the 19th century, the Opera building is a rather new construction (1953), built by the architect Octav Doicescu. It accommodates 2200 people and it also presents at the last floor The Opera Museum, where documents, photos and costumes that illustrate the development of lyricism in Romania are exhibited. In front of the building there is the statue of the great internationally known musician George Enescu, sculpted by Ion Jalea (the greatest Romanian sculptor)
• National Theatre – The impressive building of the National Theatre was built between 1967 and 1970. The Romanian Theatre became famous on the big international stages after the 1989 revolution. You can enjoy the extraordinary performances of Romanian and international artists.
• Romanian Athenaeum – the headquarters of the George Enescu Philharmonic Orchestra
• Herăstrău Park – The biggest park in Bucharest. Because of its impressive dimensions the park was structured in two areas, one part is designed for relaxation and culture and the other one, on the other side of the Herăstrău Lake, for sport and entertainment. The first part comprises two theatres, two exhibition pavilions, libraries, shade shield for reading and chess; and boats. The second part comprises cottages, sport fields and restaurants.
• Cişmigiu Park – Its beauty impressed famous Romanian writers who gathered in the harmonious atmosphere of the park in order to get inspired for their writings. The beauty and the uniqueness of the park are mentioned in Romanian poetry and prose.
• Piaţa Revoluţiei– Represents the fall of Communism in Romania. This is where people gathered to revolt against the Communist regime of Nicolae Ceauşescu.
• Casa Poporului (at present House of Parliament) - Built during the Communism, by dictator Nicolae Ceauşescu, it is 84m high (comprises 12 floors) and with an area of over 330,000 square meters it is the second biggest building in the world after the Pentagon. The “Unity Hall” is 16m high, has an area of 2200 square meters and comprises the biggest chandelier in the building, weighing 3 tones and holding 7000 bulbs. Underground, there is the building’s identical copy as far as built area is concerned. Rumor has it that there is an entire city underground, with high ways that exit the city in all directions.

Indianapolis Attractions - Indianapolis Motor Speedway
By James C
Indianapolis is home to a number of world class attractions for visitors and residents to enjoy. You can visit the Indianapolis Zoo, the Indianapolis Museum of Art, the Eagle Creek Park or the Indiana State Museum. The list goes on and on but there is one place that you can not go to Indianapolis without visiting. That place is the legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Keep reading and learn about what you can expect to find on your visit of the Speedway.
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway was built back in 1909 and is perhaps the most famous raceway on the earth. The 2.5 mile long course is home to the Indianapolis 500 every May. This event draws over 400,000 screaming fans to the speedway and is the worlds largest sporting event. In addition to this race, it is home to many other races, for example, there is the United States Grand Prix and of course the NASCAR Brickyard 400. When you visit the racetrack be sure to check out the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Hall of Fame Museum. It is located in the center of the racetrack's oval and is open every day from 9AM to 5 PM. The price of admission makes it a great deal. It is only $3 for adults and $1 for children. If you are a golf fan you might also want to check out the PGA golf course located at the facility. The course is very unique with 4 of the holes actually located inside the track. Hopefully by now you have decided to go and visit the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. It is a great attraction that the whole family will love.
If you would like to visit the speedway you can find it at 4790 W. 16th St in Indianapolis. For more information or for current events and visiting hours you can call the information line at 800-822-4639. Have fun.

The Serengeti Migration Safari
By Ian Williamson
The Serengeti in Northern Tanzania is probably the best known safari destination in the world, with good reason. The concentration and diversity of animal life in the Serengeti, simply defies belief. It is advisable to organise your safari in northern Tanzania around the Serengeti; but do not waste too much of your time in the tourist ridden central Serengeti. Despite what you may hear it’s still surprisingly easy to get away from crowds on safari in the Serengeti.
The Serengeti is Tanzania's largest National Park. It's bordered by the Ngorongoro Crater and Highlands and the Great Rift Valley to the east, and to the West by Lake Victoria. The Serengeti is probably best known for the awe inspiring Wildebeest Migration in which millions of animals circulate through the ecosystem annually in the never ending search for water; moving onto the 5000 sq km of grassland in the wet season and retreating to the woodland areas in the dry season. The migration in the Serengeti is undoubtedly one of the most dramatic wildlife spectacles any where in the world. To be up close and personal as you sit in the hub of the migration is an experience not to be missed. Tens of thousands of wildebeest together with all the accompanying noise [and smells] is an experience to keep with you forever.
However, there is more to the Serengeti than the migration. The park is home to prolific species of bird and mammal, not to mention fascinating plants and insects. If you are prepared to slow down in order to observe, just a little patience will reward you with the extraordinary beauty only the Serengeti can give; but it gives little to the hasty.
One of the truly amazing things about the Serengeti particularly when you think of it's size is how incredibly accessible so much of it is. Combine this with the fact that many safarists only visit the most obvious/convenient places and you have a Serengeti of old - that offers the potential for a superb wilderness safari.
Choose your tour operator carefully, as most are only interested at getting you in and out of the Serengeti as quickly as possible and to take visitors to parts of the Serengeti that have guaranteed animals [the Seronera Valley for example]. This is why many people will complain in peak season that high traffic has spoiled the Serengeti experience- this is because many safari operators are all in one small area of this vast park!
Each of the regions in the Serengeti are so different that it is really difficult to treat the park as a single entity. It would be helpful to think of each as a separate park. When you visit the Serengeti we think it's worth while - if time allows - to visit more than just one region within the Serengeti. Also each season offers something different for the visitor, so time of year is not so important unless it is imperative that you experience the mitigation - whilst it is still with us.

A Great Barcelona Vacation Plan
By Jack Blacksmith
When traveling to large cities such as Barcelona, deciding between the best hotels can be a major issue for many people. In this article you’ll learn about all the different accommodations at your fingertips for your traveling pleasure through Barcelona and your best bets on where to stay. Whether you’re looking to stay in maximum comfort at a 4 or 5 star hotel, or if you’re on a budget and looking for cheaper accommodations, or if you just want to be adventurous and want to camp even, there’s something available for you in the great city of Barcelona.
It’s always good to follow a proven itinerary when traveling to a new city, or even revisiting one such as I have done with Barcelona. There are great architectural wonders throughout Barcelona, as well as a fine cultural that you’ll want to experience, but getting everything in can prove quite daunting without the proper plan.
So here’s a recommended plan. If you’re looking for an amazing theme park adventure, Port Aventura is a great place to hit during your trip. From the Barcelona Airport, you can grab a specific transfer that will get you directly there. If you’re renting your own car because you have other plans for Barcelona as well, then it’s important to know that Europcar will give you a special price if you’re staing at the Port Aventura Hotels.
You can get a package deal put together before hand and choose which of the four star hotels that you would like to stay at in the theme park. These stays include your lodging as well as breakfast, plus your tickets for entrance to Port Aventura, as well as there neighboring Caribbean Water Park.
If you would like a stay at a Mediterranean Style Hotel, then you will love the beautifully decorated Portaventura Hotel. If you’re looking for more of the authentic Spanish look then your stay at the El Paso Hotel will thrill you with there decorative style. How about staying at the Caribe Port Hotel, wher you’ll have access to the biggest swimming pool with white sand in the entire world. Frankly, these hotels are even better than the ones right on the waterfront of Barcelona.
If you want to really want to be lavish on your vacation and money is not much of an issue then you can choose to stay at the Arts Hotel in Barcelona. This hotel features an ideal view of the marina’s port from any suite, or even from their double rooms or even better duplex apartments. In this hotel you will be well taken care of and catered to by a highly trained and very friendly staff, as well as be able to enjoy there top of the line facilities. If you want to live the good life with your food choices as well, you can visit the Goyescas restaurant. Their menu is first class with anything being a brilliant recommendation. The fine choice of wine will accompany nearly any dish.
Another beautiful area that you won’t want to miss on your trip to Spain is the amazing Costa Brava. With a combination of an excellent summer climate and beautiful beaches there has been seen the construction of a mighty numbers of hotels and in ocean front resorts such as Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar and l'Estartit.
A vacation in this area could turn out to be a beautiful honeymoon or anniversary for a snuggly couple or a great memorable family vacation that will leave the whole family less stressed and much more relaxed.
Jack Blacksmith's detailed articles are found on plenty of online publications with information about holiday and travel. Recording his experience in detailed writings on Barcelona Hotels and travel the writer affirmed his expertise on the subject.

Tour Las Vegas And Discover More Than Just a Casino

Booking a Las Vegas tour can open the possibilities to more than just visiting a bunch of casinos and catching the nightly shows, though those are still fun things to do when visiting Vegas. What else is there to do than sit at a blackjack table or a slot machine? I'm glad you asked. Let's take a look.
Las Vegas (often informally abbreviated to "Vegas") is one of the most dynamic cities in the world. It has "reinvented" itself as an internationally known vacation, shopping, entertainment, and gambling destination. In short, it has become a hotspot for dining, vacationing and shopping over the years. Much more than just casino's.
The Grand Canyon
For the geographically challenged you'll be pleased to note that visiting the Grand Canyon is available while on a Las Vegas tour. The park was founded as Grand Canyon National Monument in 1908 by President Theodore Roosevelt, and became a national park in 1919.
The Grand Canyon we visit today is a gift from past generations. It is a massive canyon carved over several million years by the Colorado River. One of the most spectacular examples of erosion anywhere in the world, Grand Canyon is unmatched in the incomparable vistas it offers to visitors on the rim. Visit the south rim of the Grand Canyon and see just where they get all those great shots on the post cards, or take a helicopter trip 4,000 feet down to the base and have a picnic.
While down there you could take the time to explore some American Indian land. The Grand Canyon is among the most popular of camping and hiking destinations, and is more than 217 miles long. At its narrowest it is a mere 4 miles across, while some pieces of it stretch a yawning 18 miles wide. Try your hand at whitewater, or calm water, rafting in the Colorado River that flows along the base of this amazing canyon.
Ghost Towns
Ghost towns are another popular choice when taking a Las Vegas tour, with Potosi Ghost Town being one of the first ghost towns in Nevada. Originally settled by Mormon pioneers, it was their drive for self-sufficiency economically that led to them mining for lead. About 9,000 pounds of lead was recovered from the "Mountain of Lead" 30 miles southwest of the mission at Las Vegas Springs before smelting difficulties forced the remote mine to be abandoned in 1857. In 1861 interested parties in California reopened the Potosi mine and what is now called the Union Pacific was built through the area in 1905. A lot of history resides in these old ghost towns you can visit during a Las Vegas tour.
Secret Garden of Siegfried & Roy and the Dolphin Habitat
Fun choices for the animal enthusiast on a Las Vegas tour, the Secret Garden is a natural habitat that allows you a chance to get a closer look at the rare breeds Siegfried and Roy use in their nightly shows. Catch a glimpse of the famous Royal White Tigers, Bengal tigers, the panthers and snow leopards as well as an Asian elephant. Right next door at the Mirage Hotel you can watch the dolphins play in a habitat that is as close as you can get to natural in the middle of a desert. If your Las Vegas tour doesn't include these sights in the plan, you might stop by to see them anyway, as the admission covers both locations.
Elvis-A-Rama Museum
Interested in seeing a massive homage to one of the biggest musical stars of all time? Check out the Elvis-A-Rama Museum on your Las Vegas tour and see over $3 million worth of Elvis memorabilia in this unique tribute located behind the Fashion Show Mall. Among the more notable pieces in this collection are the 35kt red star ruby ring and many custom designed Hollywood movie outfits he wore. Even his fantastic automobiles and first ski boat are on display, along with an 80 foot long Elvis-A-Rama mural by artist Robert Shappy which is noted as the world's largest tribute to the "King".
With a shark reef inside Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, circus shows inside Circus Circus, and tropical birds to be seen in the Tropicana you rarely need to leave your hotel to see interesting sights. But for the best in Las Vegas adventure, be sure to book yourself a Las Vegas tour.
